Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to the Executive Administrator
  • Directed all administrative and project support efforts for the office over 7000+ members, that oversaw (2) satellite churches (locally), over 25 internal departments and globally one (1) million plus partners.
  • Conducted in-depth business-development research and compiled results for review by proposal team. Trained staff in the use of office computer resources.
  • Developed spreadsheets and reporting that improved and informed quality and risk-assessment initiatives. Prepared meeting agendas and carefully monitored all action items.
  • Managed administrative budget and accounts payable. Prepared expense reports and credit card/bank reconciliations. Purchased all hardware and software, performed application upgrades.
  • Assisted in securing venues for weekly and quarterly church services and conferences to hold more than 2,000+ individuals. Saved on average $30,000 per month in venue rates; Partnered and lead communication across multiple teams.
  • Facilitated, scheduled, and developed meetings/conferences, coordinated travel; provided multi-day conference and seminar support for speakers and their support teams.
  • Co-facilitated the church office move from midtown Manhattan to Secaucus, New Jersey.
Member Care Services Manager
  • Spearheaded the development and implementation of a system that pre-screened and scheduled the appointments requested by members for counseling and Christian Advisement with on staff ministers.
  • Created all certificates of appreciation for member care services such as baby dedications, water baptisms, and completion of pre-marital counseling.
  • Oversaw customer service between members of the local church, the general public and the Administrative Offices to meet their mutual needs and requests. This included, managing the communications between the 20+ internal departments of the church and its global headquarters.
  • Developed systems to protect member/visitor data integrity.
